I just finished watching Dead Poets Society and if you have never seen it I highly encourage you to watch it. The movie stars Robin Williams as an English professor at an all boys preparatory school in the late 1950's. Williams' character challenges his class to not just conform with the norms of everyday society but to think for themselves and "Seize the day".
I won't go into any more details about the movie, but the main idea I take from it from an internet marketer and business owner point of view is that we have to make the most of each and every day and not settle for ordinary. To be successful we have to see things from a different perspective, have a passion for what we do, have a "not-give-up" attitude and expect the extraordinary. In this fast-paced world we live in we can easily get caught up in the regular patterns and rhythms of society. However, we must stay focused on what we are passionate about and persevere to achieve our objectives.
I challenge you to always approach each and every new day with a positive attitude, expecting the extraordinary!
